2025–2026 Academic Year Meal Scholarship Application and Evaluation Schedule
1) Announcements regarding the meal scholarship will be posted in units in a manner visible to students.
2) Students will submit their meal scholarship applications between 20 November – 28 November 2025 via “portal.omu.edu.tr” (Username: ogrencino@omu.edu.tr — Password: Your Student Information System login password).
3) Applications containing incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information will not be accepted and will be considered invalid. Disciplinary action will be taken against such students if necessary.
4) Applications will be evaluated by the Meal Scholarship Assessment Committee, consisting of at least three members within each unit.
5) Units will list the students who applied for the meal scholarship in order of priority based on the decision of the Meal Scholarship Assessment Committee, and enter the list into the system by the end of working hours on 03 December 2025. The lists prepared by the relevant units will be submitted to the Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports (SKSDB) by the end of working hours on 05 December 2025.
6) The list of students eligible for the meal scholarship will be announced on the website of the Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports by the end of the second week of December 2025.
7) Meal scholarship procedures will be carried out in accordance with the “OMU Student Meal Scholarship Directive.”
8) Students who are entitled to receive the meal scholarship must either be using the Akbank SoliClub application or must have applied to SKSDB for a “Meal Access Card.”
NOTE:
The period during which student ID cards can be used for meals will end on 28 November 2025.
